We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer responsible for developing and implementing advanced software solutions that use AI and machine learning. You work on improving our recruitment processes and contribute to the further development of the GenAI Assistant, a tool that supports recruitment consultants and business consultants in their tasks.

🤖 Responsabilities and requirements:

Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and implement algorithms to automate candidate and vacancy matching.

Data Integration: Integrate data sources into a central system to maximize matching chances.

Middleware Management: Manage and optimize middleware and platforms like SA Carerix and Jobfeed.

Tool Implementation: Implement and manage tools such as the Cold Callbot and AI-generated lead lists.

Data Analysis: Analyze data to evaluate and improve success rates.

Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and account management teams to provide relevant information and increase success chances.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of software development experience, preferably in a data-driven environment.

Skills: Proficiency in Python or Java, or C#.

Technical Knowledge: Experience with data analysis, machine learning, APIs, and data integration.

CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) and recruitment software.

Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and independent working ability.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and effective team collaboration.
