What will you be doing?
- Installing computers, software on PCs, printers, and other peripherals.
- Supporting users with hardware and software-related questions and incidents, ensuring they are resolved based on priority and have no impact on the company.
- Tracking and managing user incidents and ensuring that each PC or laptop on the network is blocked in case of security/virus infection risks.
- Serving as the point of contact for phone line and network support.
- Managing users and user rights.

What do we ask?
- You have affinity for IT and are handy; an MBO diploma or demonstrable experience is preferred.
- You possess standard knowledge of general information technology and have a high level of proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- You have an eye for detail and work efficiently.
- You have problem-solving and analytical skills.
- You are communicatively proficient and have excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.
- You have a proactive attitude, show initiative, and are dedicated.
