We empower the aviation security industry by pursuing continuous excellence and driving change at airports globally, but mainly in Europe. Our focus is on advising airport companies, security operators, governmental organizations, and equipment manufacturers in achieving optimized security checkpoint environments. Through a data-driven skillset, including process insights, security scenario modeling, and simulations, we ensure that security technology implementation aligns with local airport processes, procedures and strategy.
Our goal is to achieve optimal balance between configuration, CONOPs, and man-machine interaction within the available checkpoint spacing. We provide smart solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making processes and take a look both on optimizing current security setups, as well as developing new concepts that align with terminal expansions.

In this full-time role as an Airport and Security Consultant (Dutch Speaking), you will be responsible for delivering operational analysis based on airport security operations, looking at all sorts of requirements and dynamics. These analyses will form the basis for developing logistical security concepts in a later stage, firstly with help of standard tools (MS Excel, MS Power BI) and further on with custom AvSec solutions (Modelling SW, Simulation SW) that we’ve build in-house.
Your day-to-day tasks will include client alignment meetings and presentations, analyzing processes and delivering insights, conducting security scenario modeling and concept designs, utilizing data-driven insights to develop new security concepts. Your end-goal will be to ensure the effective implementation of security technology and achieve the optimal balance between all requirements set by the Airport or OEM for current or new security checkpoint concepts.
Your qualifications should be..
You have a Bachelor’s Science degree or Master of Science degree;
Entry level to 5 years of experience in aviation security or related fields;
Strong analytical/data processing skills; this also includes MS Excel and good proficiency in calculations;
Familiarity with (security) scenario modeling and data-driven insights is a plus;
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
Excellent communication and presentation in native Dutch, as well as English language (due to our vast international client base);
Willing to travel to the office (working from home is fine too) and to our clientele abroad;
You’re eager to learn, embrace new challenges, and strive for continuous improvement.
