Our HR Non Financial risk team is part of the HR Strategy and Analytics team reporting to the CHRO. We're a friendly group of people analytics professionals, strategy colleagues and risk experts. Role And Responsibilities
You will support the head of HR strategy & NFR in driving the risk agenda, working closely with colleagues to effectively strengthening HR risk practices. You will be directly involved in the following areas (example):
Working with countries to ensure the effectiveness of the Employment Screening across the Group (e.g. waiver process, policy translation in to IT processes, etc)
Maintaining the Suitability Procedure across the Group (e.g. capability building, policy review, etc)
Developing the HR Risk appetite statement annually
Working with colleagues in second line to shape Employment Practice risk
Ensure compliant and consistent processes are in place in all local HR departments (e.g. pre-employment screening and suitability processes)
Work on risk projects across HR to help keep the bank safe and develop our people strategy.
The role will require independent working with a keen eye for detail, clear delivery and a make-it-happen mindset.

You have a strong drive and excellent working ethics. You have good communication skills and experience in successfully manage (senior) stakeholders. Due to the nature of the work you must have a high degree of accuracy. The job requires independence and initiative but is combined with working together in a team. This means that you must be able to prioritize and know how to integrate tasks.
