We are looking for an experienced and certified Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) Security Engineer to join our dynamic team in IJsselstein, Netherlands. As an Infoblox DDI Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in protecting our customers' IT infrastructure by solving and preventing incidents, implementing changes accurately, and ensuring the security and reliability of their Infoblox DDI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Infoblox DDI Security Management
Configure and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
Implement and manage DNSSEC to enhance DNS security.
Monitor and analyze DNS traffic for anomalies and potential threats.
Incident Response
Detect and respond to security incidents related to DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
Investigate security breaches and provide remediation strategies to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate incidents effectively.
Change Management
Plan, test, and execute changes to Infoblox DDI infrastructure to meet client requirements.
Ensure all changes are implemented "first time right" to minimize disruptions and security risks.
Security Enhancement
Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities related to Infoblox DDI technologies.
Propose and implement security enhancements to protect against emerging threats.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures.
Prepare regular reports on network performance, security incidents, and mitigation efforts.
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Infoblox certifications such as Infoblox Certified Core Administrator (ICCA) or Infoblox Certified Core Engineer (ICCE) preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Infoblox DDI Security Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and related protocols.
Experience with network security tools and technologies.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation and customization.
Fluent/Native Dutch and English
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
