Share your talents
You are responsible for the business capabilities in our cyber security team (e.g. cyber & third party risk ; business continuity management ; security awareness ; and the shared responsibility for incident management). This means that you will (co-)create a strategy for these capabilities, and execute on them. This may entail the introduction of new security products, redesign of current security products or reconfiguration of them ; being a product owner for these products ; outsourcing certain services to vendors ; and actually executing the strategy yourself (getting your hands dirty). We share incident management amongst the team.
We are a very pragmatic company with a modern IT landscape, focused on risk over compliance and implementation over documentation. We try to leverage AI and automation where possible, to ensure we don’t grow our team lineair to our company growth.
You advise on new solutions, policies, processes and procedures that touch on all aspects of business, bytes and behaviour. Therefore you are in frequent contact with multidisciplinary project teams that consist of business and IT people as well as with vendors of our landscape or security products.
Responsible for cyber risk management (e.g., control framework, business impact assessments)
Responsible for third party risk management (e.g., assessments at both IT and non-IT related suppliers)
Responsible for business continuity management (e.g., discussing backup and recovery measures with vendors of our IaaS, PaaS and SaaS landscape)
Responsible for security awareness (e.g., building engaging trainings, tailor training for target audiences)
Cyber security focal point for business and technical departments
Sparring partner of the head of cyber security
Supports and co-creates the cyber security strategy
Act as part of the cyber security team
Bring all of you
About 6 years of experience in cyber security, information risk management, third party risk management, business continuity or other related topics
Experience in retail appreciated
Business / retail enthusiast and business-minded, e.g. not scared by functional design discussions
Relevant study (e.g., business technology, information technology)
Relevant certifications appreciated (e.g., CISM)
