Your Role
As Consolidation & Reporting Manager you will be responsible for the consolidation of the financial results and ensure accurate and timely reporting. You are in close contact with Vermaat's subsidiaries in different countries and play a crucial role in providing relevant financial information for decision making.
You will also lead the implementation of our new consolidation tool, Lucanet, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and IFRS reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation process.
Preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
Implement, roll out and manage our new consolidation tool Lucanet.
Support and guide internal and external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and IFRS standards.
You will work from our international office at WTC Schiphol and occasionally travel to our service office in IJsselstein. In this role you will report to the Group Finance Director and be part of the Group Control team. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for analyzing financial results and providing financial insights. You will also assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and for developing and implementing improvements in the reporting process.
Your ingredients
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role or at an international accounting firm.
Excellent knowledge of IFRS in an international context.
Experience with ERP systems and consolidation software, preferably Lucanet.
Also mastery of Excel and other reporting tools.
Fluent in English; working knowledge of German or French is a plus!
Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
