You and your job
The Manager TM Risk Management is hierarchical and functionally responsible for the Control Standards team “TM Risk Management”. The Manager TM Risk Management reports to the Head Control Standards TM. The Manager TM Risk Management assumes the corresponding tasks, accountabilities and responsibilities delegated by the Head Control Standards TM and is therefore accountable for the appropriateness of the management cycle of AML/CTF.
The Manager TM Risk Management will be responsible for finding and action management for the TM pillar (gatekeeper for accepting and correct (smart) description of findings and related actions, steering on timely and adequately solving findings by the responsible teams within TM). You will provide general guidance for Procedures, Processes & Quality, Model Management, Coverage & Control Design and Rule Tuning & Backtesting for setting their specific requirements and risk appetite. Next to that you will complement the top risks from the SIRA to a TM risk framework (from internal (e.g. Standards) and external sources (industry standards, DNB, relevant legislations, etc)) and keep this up to date.
Practical Examples
Work with FEC and front line stakeholders to develop solutions to new or changing TM requirements arising from local laws or regulations in each region/country relevant to the business division.
Advising and assisting MT TM on end to end ownership and risk based approach
Establish TM Control Standards as a trusted and respected control function throughout the Group and, in particular, with front line business partners.

You and your talent
Bachelor or Master’s degree
7+ years of leadership experience, preferably within the Transaction Monitoring domain
Extensive knowledge and experience in the area of Risk Management
Knowledge and experience in the area of TM compliance and regulations, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and emerging trends.
Experience with IT developments and innovation in the field of AML/CTF.
Fluent in English, verbal and written
A strong problem solver who is able to work with complex topics

A SKA Scale position (with a maximum of € 11.808);
