RED now has a new SRE DevOps contract opportunity. The initial contract is to start ASAP and will be until end of 2024 with excellent extension opportunities.
This contract will be 100% workload and will be on-site in either Den Haar or Utrecht 2 days pr week with the remaining days remote.
The focus of the role will be leading SRE efforts by mentoring teams, implementing Infrastructure as Code with tools like Ansible and Kubernetes, and ensuring security best practices in private cloud environments, with a DevOps approach within a SAFe framework.
Requires :
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience in mentoring between teams and providing solutions within the SRE chapter.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Ansible
• Proficiency in Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Helm
• Proficiency in Docker
• Proficiency in Git, GitLab CI
• Deep understanding of security best practices in (private) cloud development
Nice to have:
• Strong expertise in backend development in (private) cloud environments
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault
• Proficiency in Rancher (Suse implementation of Kubernetes)
