Position Overview
Infrastructure Products Europe (IPE) seek to appoint a Finance Director. As an integral part of the organisational leadership team, the Finance Director will have oversight responsibility for the financial performance of the business and setting out the financial strategy for driving its long-term profitability and growth. In addition this role, they will provide strategic and financial guidance, insight, and analysis to ensure that our financial commitments, budgetary ambitions, and business optimisation targets are met.
The Finance Director will also have responsibility for the maintenance and development of all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and risk management and control of the company in line with all CRH and regulatory requirements and will have experience in providing input into M&A activities and planned capital investments
.
Key Tasks and Responsibiliti

daEstablish close working relationships with all key internal, CRH and external stakeholde
rsDrive the evolution of the Company’s finance function including further ERP rollouts and development of necessary tools including Performance management, Data analytics, MI syste
msPrepare and control the company’s annual operating budg
etOversee the preparation of the company’s financial accoun
tsEnsure compliance with legislative requirements and CRH Group polici
esDevelop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures for efficient financial management and effective internal contr
