Your Role
Actively enable sustainability transformation of Henkel Consumer Brands globally by creating transparency on financial implications and progress on sustainability commitments, preparing analysis and recommendations to top management.
Drive maturity of (internal) sustainability financial reporting to enable planning, forecasting & portfolio transformation.
Facilitate and drive CSRD reporting, and shape processes related to increasing regulation on environmental fees and its implementation in costing and reporting.
Develop and execute roadmap for digitalization and automation of financial sustainability reporting.
Work in a global and multifunctional environment and with leaders from across the organization, such as Sustainability, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial to support decision making, while getting visibility, exposure, and an environment to grow and shape your career.
Actively contribute to shaping and bringing to live our Henkel Leadership Commitments.
YOUR SKILLS
A university degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5 years’ experience in controlling, FP&A or finance business partnering roles.
High affinity and interest to support and drive sustainability in the company, work experience in Sustainability related topics is appreciated but not a must.
Strong business acumen and commercial mind-set, a team player, fast learner, self-starter, comfortable under high uncertainty contexts, flexible to adjust to constant change.
Excellent English language skills.
