Role description
In this role you will be a member of the Group Financing & Treasury department which falls under Group Finance, within Kubota Holdings Europe (KHE).
Group Financing & Treasury is responsible for external/internal financing, cash management, cash flow forecasting, credit management, cash collection, FX management and insurance for the European region; all done in close collaboration with other departments under Group Finance, and with more than 50 subsidiaries, and our external counter-parties. In addition we provide support and financial expertise to existing business and business development.
In order to strengthen our department, we seek a highly motivated and experienced Cash Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have passion for treasury and technology, we want to hear from you.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Be responsible for the European cash concentration arrangement, including contract framework
Further develop and enhance the cash pooling structure (physical/notional/multi-currency)
Be the primary contact for the external cash management provider
Improve payment processes, setups and procedures
Be responsible for internal interest terms and transfer pricing system
Provide currency risk analysis, management and execution
Participate in analysis and reporting to management
Initiate and support digitalization and automation of processes
You will have the option of working either in our office in Klepp, Norway, or Nieuw-Vennep, Netherlands.
We need:
Related Master’s degree. Substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
6+ years of relevant experience in a similar international organization and/or financial institution.
Experience implementing or supporting digitalization & automation
Proficiency in treasury / cash management systems and a strong interest in staying updated on advancements and technology in cash management and treasury.
Strong business acumen and a drive to bring improvements to the organisation.
Strong teamworking capabilities.
Independent, self-motivated and proactive.
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
