What will you be doing?
As the Team Leader, you will guide and inspire a team of 12 talented ICT professionals, including interns, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, automation, PowerShell, and IT infrastructure. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our global operations run smoothly, as you collaborate with ICT colleagues worldwide to resolve complex incidents and lead problem management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Global Collaboration Work with ICT teams across the globe to share knowledge and best practices.
Incident Resolution Provide support in resolving critical incidents, and coordinate with IT specialists for complex issues.
Problem Management Lead efforts to identify, manage, and resolve recurring IT issues.
Team Leadership Motivate and manage your team in Veghel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Process Development Collaborate with the Group Leader to enhance team processes and support professional development.
What do we ask from you?
Educational Background Minimum MBO ICT level 4 or equivalent experience in IT.
Professional Experience At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
Technical Proficiency Expertise in Windows 11, Office 365, Topdesk, Microsoft systems, and tools like Active Directory and SCCM.
Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Interpersonal Skills A service-oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong social skills.

The ICT Service Centre is the first point of contact for IT Operations, Core Systems, and Applications support at Vanderlande. Serving approximately 9,000 users worldwide, this highly skilled service desk team is responsible for L1 and L2 support, ensuring that issues are efficiently escalated to specialists when needed.

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 3600 to € 4850 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
