Context of the PositionThe support discipline is the spill in the Professional Services department within Nextlane Benelux. As a Support Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and answer user cases and find solutions. You take care of registering and managing the incoming questions and solving them. You guarantee good accessibility and customer friendliness and recognize commercial opportunities with the customer. You install and maintain our products. You assist the Consultant with customer cases, customer trainings, customer start-ups and commercial processes.
Your responsibilities :As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the following missions and you will report directly to the Support & Consultancy Manager Benelux.
- ResponsibilitiesRegistrer, answer, document and solve customer cases and solutions
- Install and maintain Nextlane products
- Configure Nextlane products, with regards to the customers’ needs
- Deliver user trainings
- Support our customers onsite for Go-live
- Create and adapt project deliverables, such as user guides and process helps
- Participate into internal and transversal projects (working on products, on processes improvements, etc.)
What we are looking for :
Experience: 2 years of experience as support consultantLanguages: Fluent in french and flemish, dutch is a bonus.
- Technical Skills:little experience in setting up software
