About the role
As a Group Business Controller, reporting to the CFO of MaxGrip, you will be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business value through advanced data analysis. You will convert data into crucial information and knowledge that can be used for responsible business decision-making on strategic and tactival level. Your main tasks include:
Analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Supporting the MaxGrip Leadership Team and other stakeholders in answering strategic issues, making data-driven decisions, and designing new initiatives.
Preparing yearly budget, monthly reports, forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business and market knowledge
Identifying and interpreting trends & patterns, area of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Defining, developing, improving, and monitoring metrics and dashboard requirements to deliver results and present insights and recommendations on trends
Using advanced data analysis and tools to ensure analyses are valid, meaningful and actionable
Providing advice both when requested and proactively, and share knowledge to team members.

About you
A relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 7+ years relevant work experience
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Experience with data collection tools and software (pref. Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI)
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple global and local teams and build strong working relationships
Attention to detail
Understanding of current data and privacy legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
