Currently Triskelion has 75+ employees with around half lab analysts and the rest comprising of experts, project managers, business developers and management.

In order to facilitate the expansion, gaining the right insight in the business to drive the growth and performance become more and more important. That's why Triskelion is looking to strengthen the finance team with a Controller.
Vacancy: Controller
The Controller is responsible for the quality of the financial administration and reporting together with the Manager Financial Control and a Finance Administrator. He/she will ensure the integrity of the financial accounts, helps resolve accounting challenges and helps scale the financial processes. In addition, he/she is expected to further setup business controlling within Triskelion. He/she is expected to be the sparring partner for the 4 Business Unit Managers and will drive the budgeting and year plan development, target setting, monthly reporting to the investor and (further) develop a KPI framework with financial and BI dashboards. In this role he/she will report to the Manager Financial Control.
The Controller will work closely with the Manager Financial Control to bring internal controls, accounting, consolidation and reporting to the next level. He/she is – for example – responsible for setting up project controlling and subsequently monitoring, ensuring an accurate reflection in the financial administration. The controller is also responsible for budgeting and forecasting, preparing the monthly reporting and analyses, cashflow forecasts, tax filings, statutory annual accounts – providing valuable insights to internal and external stakeholders (e.g. tax authority, external auditor, etc.). Furthermore, he/she will work on the integration of administrations of new organisations within the group and is expected to support in the strategic projects such as M&A and improvement initiatives.
Considering that Triskelion is a scale-up, a hands-on mentality is key for all team members. Where necessary, the Controller will also take on ad hoc reporting tasks and administration work to support the team when needed.
The ideal candidate for this role has 3-5 years of experience in Finance, preferably with big-5 experience, while still in an upward curve in his or her career. The Controller should expect plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth, making this role ideal for a high performer with great ambitions and leadership potential.
