Job Description:
As our Application Manager within the IT Treasury team you have a shared responsibility for a well performing, functional and stable application landscape for this business domain. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for both the support of the applications that fall under your care and the development and configuration of new functionality. You do this from a complete end-to-end perspective with all relevant stakeholders in the Treasury domain. This requires close cooperation within our team, with IT as a whole and the business.
As Application Manager your role will include:
Analysis of business requirements and design/implement solutions and processes to meet these
Support of the daily business related to the AM Treasury systems
First line and second line support for business departments for ad-hoc issues and analyses
Responsibility for maintenance of technical changes in the Treasury IT-landscape
Implementation of scripts in Python, SQL and Azure
Configuration and setup of testing environments and alignment with other departments
Be a sparring partner for business, your IT team, product owners and other stakeholders
Your team
The IT Treasury team is responsible for all run and change activities in the Treasury domain as part of the broader Corporate Banking & Treasury IT team. We play a central role in the future developments of the bank, by advising on and realizing any changes in the Treasury domain. Together, we are responsible for implementation, maintenance and support of treasury systems, in close collaboration with our vendors. You will work with an international team of colleagues with a broad range of technical and functional skills.

What do you bring?

At least 3 years of experience experience working with Front Arena or similar treasury and trading systems (must have)
Knowledge and experience with Python programming (must have) and SQL
Good understanding of financial products, including interest rate derivatives
Solid social and communication skills, power to convince
Able to operate on a Masters degree level through education or experience
English language skills are a must have (English is our corporate language). We would also really appreciate some Dutch skills
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and ability to work as part of an Agile team
