The RHQ Finance Team is looking for a sr. Finance Manager for EU/CIS region.
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing annual reporting, strengthening internal control systems, overseeing day-to-day financial activities, participating in cross-departmental projects, and managing treasury functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead and collaborate across various departments and stakeholders.

Purpose of the job
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations;
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders;
Perform an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing for SDS RHQ entities and coordinate with the Finance team, Controlling department and CFO;
Manage cash flow and working capital requirements;
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions;
Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional projects and initiatives;
Manage the company's treasury operations, including cash management and banking relationships;
Optimize the use of financial resources and minimize costs.
SKILLS
Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights;
Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities;
Capable of developing and implementing financial strategies that align with business goals;
Proven ability to lead and inspire a finance team towards achieving departmental and organizational objectives;
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
Profile
We are looking for a Finance Manager with:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred;
More than 5 years working experience as sr. Finance Manager;
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
SAP experience is preferred;
Dutch and English language proficiency is required
