As the Senior Solution Team Lead, you'll be at the forefront of configuring and optimizing our Salesforce instance to meet the evolving needs of our business. You'll employ Salesforce best practices, manage delivery timelines, and provide ongoing support to ensure the success of our Salesforce initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Basware's Salesforce instance, including configuration, deployment into production, and maintenance.
Establish and manage the internal Salesforce support team, including defining roles, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling a high performance team of Salesforce certified SME’s to fit Basware’s Salesforce footprint over time.
Establish and coordinate third-party support arrangements for ongoing maintenance.
Manage delivery timelines, escalate issues, and project manage Salesforce-specific projects to ensure successful implementation.
Provide end-user system training, post-project release support, and assist in developing training and user adoption programs.
Handle basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, report generation, internal system audits, and preparation for upgrades.
Work with stakeholders to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
Creatively and analytically solve problems to optimize Salesforce functionality.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
We are looking for a professional with
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
3 - 5 years working in a client-facing role as a consultant and/or technical support
Proven experience building and leading teams of technical solution managers
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in both classic and lightning interfaces
Solid understanding of enterprise-level Salesforce.com instances
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, CLM, and Billing solutions
Experience delivering Einstein or Salesforce projects using agile methodology
Hands-on experience with data loading and transformation
Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing simultaneous requests
Proficiency in process builder, workflow, validation, and assignment rules
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Certificates and Licenses:
Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
Will be required to obtain additional certifications upon an agreed schedule.
