Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Technical Support Specialist at Massarius. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to website technologies, and browsers. The role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, communicating with users to understand their needs and provide solutions, and collaborating with the project management team to implement and maintain IT projects. While the role is located in Amsterdam, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Strong technical support skills, including experience with troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software
Proficiency in Information Technology concepts and best practices
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and provide technical assistance
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Excellent problem solving and documentation skills
Proficiency in Dutch is a must
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include a solid understanding of Javascript and web technologies, and familiarity with Google (monetisation) products.
